Tim resigned his position at Mayo Clinic as head of the Income Tax Program in 2011 and founded his firm with the specific purpose of serving the Mayo Clinic voting/consulting staff.  His firms primary focus is on individual income tax preparation and planning.

Timothy P. O’Neill, CPA

Tim has over 30 years of experience and has been working with Mayo staff on their individual tax needs for virtually his entire career.

From 1999 to 2011, he was responsible for all aspects of running the Mayo Income Tax Program.  He consulted daily with Mayo staff on a variety of income tax and payroll tax issues and has a thorough understanding of Mayo salary, benefit, travel, honoraria and royalty programs.

Prior to joining Mayo, Tim was a tax manager at RSM.
